    Smoking Policy and Penalties
  • It is against the lodge policy to smoke in the rooms.
    A $250.00 room cleaning penalty will be charged to anyone breaking the non-smoking policy.     We ask that if you smoke, please use a designated area away from the rooms.

    • Cancellation policy:

    Reservations for Running Springs Lodge have to be cancelled

  • 14 days prior to arrival for rooms and cabins.
  • 30 day cancellation policy for all holiday reservations.
  • One night plus tax non-refundable deposit will be charged at the time of reservation.
  • Cancellations made inside 3 days prior to arrival will be charged for the entire reservation.
  • Room check-in is anytime after 2:00 P.M.,
  • Check-out is 11:00 A.M.
  • We do not accept reservations or cancellations by e-mail.


  • Please monitor and manage your children at all times for their safety, respect for other guests and the lodge.

  • Spring April 1 - June 19 : Summer June 20 - Sept 21 : Fall Sept 22 - Dec 20 : Winter Dec 21 - Mar 31

  • Lodging rates are for double occupancy per night.
  • Please add $10 for each additional person over 4 years of age up to room capacity.
  • The Giant Oaks has some pet friendly rooms with certain requirements. We have a nonrefundable $25.00 pet charge per      day.
  • We require your pet not be left alone in your room at any time and when outdoors please follow leash laws.
  • Please see room pages for rooms that pets are welcome in.
  • Parking is complimentary for Registered Guests.
  • Wireless Internet access is included in the price. Please contact the front desk for a password

  • A 9% city tax is not included in the room rates quoted.
